Our Freshness Guarantee
At Florargot, we stand behind every bouquet we create. If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not as described, we will make it right — full stop.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
Your bouquet arrives visibly damaged or of significantly lower quality than described
Your order does not arrive on the agreed delivery date
You received the wrong arrangement
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the flowers. Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations
Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery
Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
Flowers that have been mishandled after delivery
Change of mind after the bouquet has been assembled
Cancellations
Florist orders: 14 days' notice required for cancellation.
Weddings & events: 6 months' notice required for cancellation.
Booking, consultation, and design fees are strictly non-refundable.
Replacements
In many cases, we prefer to send a replacement arrangement rather than issue a refund — we want you to have beautiful flowers. We will always discuss the best option with you.
